Nice LONG weekend

So at OSU we get one long weekend a quarter... actually during fall quarter we get 2 long weekends (which is why we start 3 days earlier). This was our first long weekend, the next is for Thanksgiving. It was lots of fun. I went with Dave up to Geneva on Friday. He got to go hunting in the afternoon Friday, and then in the morning and late afternoon Saturday. Unfortunately for him the only thing he got was an 8 point... tree branch. Poor Dave. He said that it was starting to get darker out and the branches near the deer weren't visible from his tree stand. But it was a really good shot, he NAILED that branch! Friday night we went out to dinner with his parents. 2 different people stopped to chat, fortunately our food was really good... even if it wasn't hot when we ate it. It was so nice being able to order Ohio wine with dinner. Because of the Henry's the only wine I really know is Ohio wine... So I'm always confused as to what types of wine I like when I go places.
Saturday was just a nice relaxing day. I went to a craft fair in the afternoon with Lynda at one of the Geneva schools. It was fun, and I bought a couple Christmas gifts. When we got back we watched the OSU game. I can't wait for the Michigan game next week... #1 vs #2, it should be a GOOD game... and I'm glad it's at home! We watched some TV, ate a great dinner... and got a good night's sleep.
This morning we drove back to Columbus, and I've been unpacking my laundry... and now I need to finish my homework. :( LOTS to do this week. I have my second Psych 300 midterm Tuesday, and my second EEOB midterm a week from tomorrow. In addition I have 2 case studies due for EEOB this week, and Stat homework. YUCK. So... I’ll update probably after the Michigan game... unless I'm procrastinating!
