This is no metaphor. I don't think I realized how many overcast days there are in Columbus, perhaps Cincinnati too. It seems like in Pittsburgh it is generally sunny, except for the occasional days where it DOWNPOURS. Now, if only those downpours would try not to coincide with bad days...
Anyhow, I realized the other day, that in the month that I have lived here we've had about 3-4 really rainy days. Both were in pairs. I looked at the forcast... in 10 days we're supposed to go up to a 30% chance of rain. All the other days are supposed to be nice and sunny!!
Last week (when Ohio was getting hit with the remainders of Ike), we had an overcast weekend. It was really strange though, we had some really strong winds (tree branches down, etc.) but no rain! Gotta love the sunshine. And now that it's not so hot outside, I may need to start studying on our nice little patio!
That's all I have to say for now. GSR hunting continues... if you want to know more about that, you will have to ask me personally!

Gotta love sunny days. I actually miss rain a bit, and have come to love overcast days. They only happen once in a blue moon here! i don't think it's rained since last winter here, and certainly not at least since spring.
