So this quarter is crazy. I'll start by saying that I really dislike having a 4:30 class 4 days a week. Bummer there. Not to mention having a 5:30 class on Monday blows. It stinks because I come back, feel like I need to get ready to eat, and then cram studying in before I get to sleepy. Night classes just don't jive with my lifestyle. So booo for them. The other aspect of this quarter is the tests I have. I'm already confused, and already feeling slightly overwhelmed. Lab seemed to go well, but I think the midterms will be rough. And my Ochem teacher might be good, but he's no Callam... and I just need help figuring out a pretty important factor. Trial and Error is death to me. Talk about hours accomplishing nothing. So anyhow... that's that.
I looked at a nice apartment complex over the weekend. We're pretty sure that's where we want to live, so now we just need to get everything signed and cosigned. Joy. But it's a pretty nice place. We're looking at the Village Apartments at The Continent. I'd put the link on here, but it's way too long. Anyhow, it should be nice.
Speaking of apartments, I heard the my loud music neighbor moved out during Dec. Hopefully his replacement won't be quite so loud. Unfortunately we still have 3 gymnasts living above us. Darn them jumping into the floor!!!
Ok, and because this has seemed like such a down-hearted entry... a funny story I haven't posted that happened over break:
While I was at Dave's one day my eye was bothering me. It felt like I had an eyelash in my eye, and irritated me almost all day. I finally looked in the mirror, and couldn't see anything. So I took out the contact and then asked Dave to look and see if he saw anything. He said he thought he saw a hair, but he couldn't get it. I returned to the bathroom mirror and moved my eye around freaking out. Then in the corner of my eye I saw a hair sticking out. I carefully pulled it out.. and removed a very fine 5 inch long piece of hair!! You know you have too much hair when a piece gets stuck in your eye all day!!
That's all for today, now time to work on my pre-lab.
