3 years flies by fast! I can't believe Dave and I have been dating for 3 years now. Well... I can and I can't. It's amazing how time can fly and stand still at the same time. I feel like we've been together forever, yet I feel like we started dating just yesterday. Maybe I'm just crazy. (probably)
Being the overly romantic couple we are (note the sarcasm), we decided to celebrate Saturday because Dave has a few tests this week. We went to Mongolian BBQ for dinner, and because we had a gift card (complements of Kate and Greg) we splurged and got a small dessert to split. The chocolate moose was the perfect end to a more than filling meal!
Depending on the weather we may go out for dessert tomorrow (we both like sweets). So yeah, haha we go all out! But it's great because we're both that way. Anyhow... I won't write more about him on here... maybe someother time
Other good things this weekend... Dave and I went to see 'The Departed' Friday night. It was REALLY REALLY good. We had been waiting for it to come out at the cheap theatres. I seriously am considering buying this movie. The next one I'm waiting for is The Good Shepherd. I like it when good movies come out, even if I wait a few months to see them because I fail to see reason in spending $8 to see it when it first comes out.
Saturday Leah and I went shopping for Cecilia's birthday. I didn't join them for dinner, but we got together at Leah's after they ate dinner. It was a nice group of people. Leah and I bought Cecilia a cake at "The Goodie Shop", by the Upper Arlington Library. My favorite bakery, and I think I have some followers now. It was good fun with good people. It makes me happy having such great friends along with a great boyfriend... and great family... man, am I blessed or what?
